Rick Lashbrook
Rick founded Lashbrook Companies to develop and own real estate in the Kansas City communities he calls home. Through Lashbrook Development, his work spans luxury single-family neighborhoods, Class A multifamily and industrial flex space in Leawood, Overland Park and Shawnee.

Through Twin Palms Capital, he makes strategic investments in alternative assets, including feature films through Rick Lashbrook Films. Rick is a graduate of Pepperdine University.
